At Bee & Kin we use genuine leather and artisanal materials in our products. Any slight variations in color or texture are part of the natural craftsmanship process and are not considered defects.
To care for all products, gently wipe your accessory with a smooth cloth.
On leather products, you clean the surface with a solution of warm water and dish soap. Dip a soft cloth into the soapy water, wring it out and gently wipe them. Use a second clean, damp cloth to wipe off the soap. Dry with a towel. The use of bleach or other cleaners is not recommended.
Your accessory will look its best if it is stored in its dust bag. Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or extreme temperatures may affect the appearance of your bag.
Please note that for the lifespan of your Bee & Kin products, it will require you to handle the bag with care and not overload with only heavy items. Otherwise, over time this could cause tears and rips.
Domestic Shipping
Bee & Kin offers complimentary no rush shipping for U.S. orders over $250. Standard orders take 2-5 business days to fulfill.
Domestic Returns
We accept returns of unused and unworn products with tags still attached within 30 days of shipment of your order for a full refund, less shipping charges. We reserve the right to refuse any shipment that does not meet these requirements. For all orders shipped to the United States, please contact buzz@beeandkin.com for a return label. International Shipping
When placing an international order, the total reflected on your invoice does not include local taxes and duties. Please be advised that the courier may request that you pay taxes and duties on your purchase prior to delivery. The payment is the responsibility of the recipient. If you do not pay the required taxes and duties, and the shipment is returned to our warehouse, you will be liable for any return shipping charges.
International Returns
We currently do not accept returns on international orders. All international orders are final.
